If you are not satisfied with a product or would like to exchange a size, you can return or exchange the purchased product within 14 days of delivery of the goods. Returns are not free and we do not cover any shipping costs. Please also note the cancellation policy.

Please note that we can only accept returns of flawless and unused goods – without any signs of wear.
Goods that were made specifically for you (e.g. special orders, special sizes, reordering of a sold-out size, etc.) and that you ordered cannot be exchanged or returned. If shoes show signs of wear or if the shoes are not returned in the original box, we cannot accept the item. We therefore ask you to only try on shoes on a carpet and to pack the goods very carefully in the package. Please note that our goods are very high quality and sometimes delicate. We therefore ask you to handle the goods with care and caution. Please avoid damage and contamination. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components if possible. If necessary, use additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.

If you would like to offset an item against another item, this is unfortunately not possible for administrative reasons. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the new item.

After our team has inspected the goods and checked the cancellation period, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance of the goods you have returned. Our team will immediately contact the online team to quickly process and complete your transaction. The returned product will then be refunded to you as quickly as possible by our online team within a few days using the payment method you used at the time of the online purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product and wish to return it or you wish to exchange it for a different size, you have the right to do so within 14 days (from the day you received your goods).

Please note that we will only be able to accept pristine and unused goods.
Any merchandise that has been especially customized (eg special order, special size, re-order of a sold out size), cannot be returned.
If shoes show signs of use (eg the sole) or have been returned without the original box, we have the right to refuse the return. Please try the shoes on a carpeted surface only, to avoid any traces of use.
We also ask you to take special care when you re-pack the goods. Please take special care when folding the garment, especially if the garment is made of delicate materials.
Please do not damage or soil the goods. All goods should be returned in the original packaging including any accessories and any packaging components. You might also want to use an additional protective wrapping. If you do not have the original packaging anymore, we would like to ask you to pack and wrap the products with care and in a way that they are securely protected from transport damage. This will protect you from any damage claims because of insufficient packaging.
In order to return the goods, please fill out the return information sheet and send it back with the goods.
For exchanges (eg size exchanges), we ask you to contact us directly, so that we can reserve the right size for you and inform you about the delivery time.

Due to administrative procedures, it is impossible to settle a new transaction with an old one. In this case, you need to return the unwanted article and place a new order on our website.

Please keep in mind that you need to bring along the original invoice of the goods you would like to exchange or return as well as the filled out return/exchange document, which is put into every parcel.
After having inspected the goods, you will be given a document as a proof of receipt.
Our sales team will contact immediately our online team in order to process your transaction and credit the original amount to the means of payment you have used online. You will be credited within a few days and will be informed via email.
Should you buy another item in our shop you will need to settle the payment directly at the till of the shop.
