Shipment
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. If the customer has ordered several items, NOH NEE may send them in several deliveries. Delivery is made either by DHL or UPS. NOH NEE bears the transport risk. As soon as the delivery has been received and this has been confirmed in writing, the insurance cover expires. The delivery time depends on the delivery location. If payment is made in advance, delivery will only take place after the full purchase price has been credited to NOH NEE's account.
We currently deliver to the following countries with the respective shipping costs and delivery times:

No additional taxes or duties are due for products shipped within the European Union. The item prices indicated are gross prices that include the applicable VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the item prices indicated.

Delivery and Shipping Costs
Otherwise agreed upon, shipping will be carried out to the address provided by the customer. If the client has ordered a number of different articles, they might be sent in different shipments. All shipments are made via DHL or UPS. All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Generally, the shipment time depends on the destination. If the customer chooses to prepay via wire transfer, the goods will only be shipped after we have received the payment.

Taxes and Duties within the EU:
For products which will be shipped within the EU, no extra taxes or duties will be due. The prices and shipping costs include vat and are thus listed as gross prices .
